Hi, I’m Chandra! About me? Well, I’m a pretty simple girl who overly adores chips & salsa, loves my fiancé, family & photography. Oh, and glitter too…but what girl doesn’t have a slight obsession with glitter, right?

I’m 26 years young and living life to the absolute fullest! I recently got engaged to the love of my life 8 months ago! He started the year off right with a bang by asking me to spend the rest of my life with him with a proposal. It was beyond perfect *tear*  – but that’s for a whole other blog post in and of itself! So, these past 8 months have been, ummmmm well, busy – to say the least. If you know me, I tend to load my plate with much more than I can handle at times, but I definitely like it that way. Since I was just a youngster, I developed a passionate love affair with life & haven’t looked back since. Quite frankly, I’m just not the type of girl to sit back & watch life pass her by slowly. Throw me in the center of the ring – I want experiences that come once in a lifetime, I want to be able to soak it all in, learn new things, pursue my dreams & goals & come out better than before. And that’s exactly what I’m doing, unapologetically.

Thankfully, I have an amazing support system that encourages me through it all! If I have a crazy idea (which happens more often than you would think) – guess who is right there egging it on? My family & fiancé, and I absolutely adore them for that.

I’m currently working a full-time job all the while – going to graduate school to obtain my MBA (which I will be graduating this December wahooo), running my own photography company on the side called Chandra’s Collection Photography (www.chandrascollection.com) – doing photo shoots out the ying yang, editing, & loving every second of it. Oh, and one other thing – I’m also planning a WEDDING. YIKES! It is fast approaching – and coming much quicker than anticipated. Where does the time go? If I’m feeling a bit frazzled, I’ll say a quick prayer to the big man upstairs & wonderfully enough, He restores me right then & there…or I’ll go take a 10 minute power nap. Gosh, those do wonders.

Between juggling it all, I have found that love gets you through anything at the end of the day. After having to waste my time on one too many toads, God finally brought me the man of my dreams, my prince charming, my soul mate.

Oh, also– I’m a triplet. It’s been the best gift I have ever been given – being able to spend my life with my sisters & soul mates, Jordan & Trae.  Not only are we best friends who have our own code language that no one else can understand & too many inside jokes to list, but we also know each other like that back of our hand. So, let me just give you a fair warning – if you want to date one of us, the other two better approve or life will just be unnecessarily difficult on you. (kidding, but not really)

So, after my first date with Daniel, I came home & ran into my sister’s room – bawling my eyes out and crying. Trae (my sister) said “Oh, no…what happened?” with a disappointed look on her face & then I replied…”I found the man I’m going to marry.” And we just smiled & I told her about our amazing, unforgettable first date and the rest was history. I am so beyond excited to marry Daniel & spend the rest of our lives together. He was the missing piece of the puzzle that I’ve been waiting for.  This is only the beginning…
